What we access, and what we do not
- We read your product catalogue only. No customer, order or payment data is requested or accessed.
- One small addition to your storefront. With your permission we add a single discovery link to your theme's page head so AI systems can find your feed. It does not change how your store looks or works.
- You approve everything in Shopify. You review the exact permissions on Shopify's own screen before anything is connected.
- Disconnect anytime. Disconnecting removes the discovery link and stops product sync, and you can ask us to delete the product information we imported.

What is an AI-readable product feed?
It is a structured, machine-readable version of your catalogue. Instead of relying on AI systems to interpret pages built for human browsing, AgenticFeed organises each product around its features, use cases, the questions customers ask, and the problems it solves, in a format software can read reliably.
Will this guarantee that AI recommends my products?
No. No service can guarantee that an AI assistant will recommend a particular product. AgenticFeed makes your product information structured and easier for AI systems to interpret, compare and reference.
Which AI assistants can access the feed?
AgenticFeed publishes your data in the formats today's AI shopping surfaces consume: a Google Merchant Center feed (Gemini and Google's AI surfaces), an Agentic Commerce Protocol feed (ChatGPT), and a Model Context Protocol connector (Claude and other MCP clients). AgenticFeed is listed on the official MCP registry.
Does AgenticFeed change my Shopify store?
It does not change how your store looks or works. With your permission it adds a single discovery link to your storefront's page head so AI systems can find your feed. That link is removed if you disconnect.
What Shopify permissions does it require?
Read access to your products, and theme access used only to add the single discovery link described above. You review the exact permissions in Shopify before anything is connected.
Do you access customer or payment information?
No. AgenticFeed does not request or access customer, order or payment data. It reads your product catalogue only.
Why is it free?
We are working with our first 100 stores as founding partners to demonstrate how structured product data improves AI discovery. In return for feedback, participating stores get AgenticFeed free during early access.
What happens after early access?
We will always contact you before introducing any paid plan. There is no card on file and no automatic charge, so nothing changes without you deciding to continue.
Can I disconnect my store?
Yes, at any time. Disconnecting removes the discovery link from your theme and stops any further product sync. You can also ask us to delete the product information we imported.
How long does setup take?
A few minutes. Enter your .myshopify.com address, approve the connection in Shopify, and AgenticFeed structures your catalogue for you. No development work is required.
