Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AgenticFeed, a service operated by Bluestratus Ltd, incorporated in England & Wales (Registered No. 08086293) ("we", "us"). By connecting a store or creating an account, you agree to these terms.

The service

AgenticFeed structures your product catalogue into a machine-readable feed and publishes it in formats intended for AI systems, so that AI assistants can more easily interpret and reference your products. Customers purchase from your own store; we are not a marketplace and we do not process your sales.

Early access and pricing

• During early access, AgenticFeed is provided free to founding-partner stores.
• No payment card is required, and there is no automatic charge.
• We will contact you before introducing any paid plan. Your feed will not switch to a paid plan without you deciding to continue.

No guarantee of results

We make your product information structured and easier for AI systems to interpret, compare and reference. We do not, and cannot, guarantee that any AI assistant will recommend, rank or surface your products, or any particular level of traffic or sales. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".

Connecting your store

By connecting a Shopify store you authorise us to read your product catalogue and to add a single discovery link to your storefront theme, as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm you are authorised to connect the store. You may disconnect at any time, which removes that link and stops product sync.

Your content

You retain all rights to your product information. You grant us a licence to process, structure and publish that information as a feed for the purpose of providing the service. You are responsible for ensuring your product information is accurate and that you have the right to share it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, or use it to publish unlawful or infringing content.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost sales, profits or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, which during free early access is nil.

Termination

You may stop using the service and disconnect your store at any time. We may suspend or end the service, or your access to it, with reasonable notice, or immediately in the case of misuse.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
