Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data AgenticFeed collects, why, and what we do with it. AgenticFeed is operated by Bluestratus Ltd, a company incorporated in England & Wales (Registered No. 08086293). What we collect

Account information: your email address (used to send one-time sign-in codes) and, for connected stores, your store domain and basic account details you provide.
Product information: your product catalogue read from Shopify or a product feed you provide, such as titles, descriptions, prices, availability, images and product URLs.
Technical information: standard request logs (for example IP address, user agent and timestamp) used for security and to measure how AI agents and shoppers reach your feed.

What we do not collect: we do not request or access your customers' personal data, your orders, or any payment or card information from your store.

Shopify permissions

When you connect a Shopify store, AgenticFeed requests two permissions, which you review on Shopify's own screen before anything is connected:

Read products so we can structure your catalogue.
Theme access used for one purpose only: to add a single discovery link (a <link> tag) to your storefront's page head so AI systems can find your feed. It does not change how your store looks or works.

If you disconnect, we remove that link and stop reading your products.

How we use your information

To structure your catalogue into an AI-readable feed (mapping products to questions, problems and use cases).
To publish that feed in machine-readable formats intended for AI systems (for example Google Merchant Center, the Agentic Commerce Protocol, and the Model Context Protocol).
To operate, secure and improve the service, and to contact you about your account.

Service providers

We use a small number of processors to run the service: Cloudflare (hosting and data storage), Anthropic (to generate structured product content), Resend (to send sign-in emails), and Stripe (only if you choose a paid plan in future). Each processes data only to provide their part of the service.

Publishing your product data

Your structured product feed is, by design, published in machine-readable formats so AI systems can read it. This contains product information only; it never contains your customer or order data. You control this by connecting or disconnecting your store.

Retention and deletion

We keep your information while your account is active. You can disconnect your store at any time, and you can ask us to delete the product information we imported and your account data by emailing sales@bluestratus.com.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have rights to access, correct, delete, and restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object or complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). To exercise any of these, contact us.

Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in to the dashboard. We do not use advertising cookies.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
